April 15th

Today I continued making various models and materials. I finished my bookshelf which I am very happy with, and I made a coffee table.
The Bookshelf was a really great project and the materials are my best so far. The books especially I like. I used a combination of Voronoi and fresnel nodes to get a shiny, speckled appearance.
The coffee table I made is less goo, the wood textures aren't great, but the glass top is nice. It took me a long time to figure out how to get the transparent effect on the glass top, but that is the only part of the table I like.
