Last weekend I got a chance to participate in the Warren Tech Creative Jam. I worked on two teams, one of which is detailed here.
The main game I worked on during Creative Jam was "Sheeple" I worked on a team of four to make this simple, arcade-style game. In our game you pay as a 3d-wolf character (pictured above), and blew sheep out of the city. I played a reasonably large role in this team, as I was responsible for animating, rigging, and importing all of the moving assets.
The Wolf animations were the main challenge as I ran into several issues with the parenting of bones messing up the skeleton on import. I fixed this by re-weighting all of the bones, however I have learned how to more effectively set up skeletons on multi-object characters.
Overall this project was a great success, our team worked well together and finished our game by the end of 48 hours.
